Cornwall Funding Limited is a premium funding company which was set up by Penberthy Insurance in 2007 to provide clients with an easier method of paying their premiums
.

Cornwall Funding is registered under the Companies Office and is also part of an external Complaints Scheme – Financial Services Complaints Ltd.

We offer our clients an installment plan where they can pay their annual insurance premiums over a period of ten monthly installments.

All finance agreement incure a 10% flat interest rate and an administration fee is charged.


How does it work

When you take out an insurance policy, the full annual premium is due to Insurers within 30 days. We have found with the increasing costs of insurance, individuals are not often able to find the funds to pay their insurance premiums in full within the required time limit and therefore prefer to fund the premiums.

You will download and complete a
Direct Debit Authority
and sign a
Finance Agreement which sets out the
terms and conditions of the agreement.

Once we receive the completed Direct Debit Authority and signed Finance Agreement we will set up the funding agreement. Cornwall Funding will then pay over the premiums to the Insurers on your behalf and then deduct the funds over a period of ten monthly installments to cover the premiums.

In the event that you cancel your Direct Debit Authority or miss installment due to insufficient funds, Cornwall Funding has the right to cancel your insurance policies to recover our funds.
